How Delivery Works and FAQ
Everything you need to know about getting your ebook and reading it on your device.
How delivery works
- You check out. Every title in our store is a digital ebook. Nothing ships.
- You get your link. Your download link appears on the confirmation page. You also get an email from help@bookfunnel.com right after your receipt.
- You read. Send the book to your e-reader or app. Read it in your browser. Or download a file that opens on almost any device.
Our ebooks are delivered through BookFunnel. Your purchases also appear in your BookFunnel account when you sign in with the same email you used at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my book after I pay?
On your order confirmation page. You also get an email from help@bookfunnel.com right after your emailed receipt. Check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it.
Which device do I need?
No e-reader needed. BookFunnel lets you read in your browser or send the book to a phone or tablet app. You can also download a file for your Kindle or another e-reader.
Can I read on my Kindle?
Yes. Choose Kindle on the download page and BookFunnel walks you through the steps.
My download link says it has expired. What now?
BookFunnel links can expire after a set time. Email help@bookfunnel.com with your order number and the email you used to buy and they can reset your links. Once a book is saved to your device or app you do not need the link again.
I did not get an email. What should I do?
Check spam first. Then sign in to BookFunnel with the email you used at checkout since your purchases are saved there. If the email was mistyped at checkout write to nova@novarainbooks.com with the correct address and we will resend your links.
What order should I read the Billionaires in Dark Suits books?
Start with Book 1 and read through Book 5. Every book follows a new couple. See the full list on Start Here.
Is The Complete Collection the better deal?
If you want the whole series the Complete Collection (Books 1-5) is one download at a lower price than buying each book alone. See the collection.
Are these books explicit?
Yes. These are mature romance novels for adult readers. Each book page lists content notes before you buy.
Can I get a refund?
We are happy to refund a title bought by mistake when you contact us within 5 days of purchase before downloading it. We also refund double charges and files that cannot be fixed. Details are in our Refund Policy.
