We want your reading experience to be as easy as possible. Our ebooks are delivered through BookFunnel. If you do not see your issue and its solution below, please contact nova@novarainbooks.com and we will be glad to help.

I didn't receive my books

After checkout, your download link appears on the confirmation page. You should also get an email from help@bookfunnel.com right after your emailed receipt. If you cannot find it, check your junk or spam folder.

You can also sign in or create a BookFunnel account. All of your purchases are there if you use the same email address you used at checkout.

If you did not get a receipt and do not see your books in BookFunnel, the email address may have been mistyped at checkout. Email nova@novarainbooks.com with the correct email address and the name you purchased under, and we will resend your links.

I didn't know these were ebooks

Everything in our store is a digital ebook. No e-reader? No problem. BookFunnel lets you read in your browser, send the book to a phone or tablet app, or download a file that opens on almost any device. If you bought a title by mistake, contact nova@novarainbooks.com within 5 days of purchase and we will be glad to help. See our Refund Policy for details.

My download link says it has expired

BookFunnel download links can expire after a set time. Email help@bookfunnel.com with your order number and the email address you used to buy, and they can reset the links for you.

I clicked an ad and my discount isn't showing at checkout

  1. Many of our ad links are tied to a specific deal. If you removed an item from your cart, the discount may no longer apply.
  2. If you have visited our store before, it could be a browser cache issue. Try the link in a private or incognito window, or clear your browser cache.

My checkout won't go through

Try a different browser or device, or clear your cache and cookies. If the problem continues, email nova@novarainbooks.com with a screenshot of the full page, including any request ID shown at the bottom, so we can follow up with Shopify.
